Inclusive Yoga offers yoga, breath, and meditation for those who would like a personalised program or would like to work with an injury or chronic condition.

Students have a variety of health needs as well, from sports injuries and general tightness to knee and hip replacements, strokes and other conditions, hypertension, ADD, scoliosis, Parkinson’s  & arthritis just to mention a few. Or simply if you wish to learn yoga in the comfort of your own home or another setting.

All sessions are designed to strengthen movement, mentally and physically, supporting your capabilities while acknowledging any limitations. Inclusive Yoga sessions appreciate and respect each unique individual’s own levels of flexibility while working towards personal health and fitness goals. Inclusive Yoga sessions shed light on how to incorporate the nature of yoga with all aspects of life.

I feel it’s important to be in a nurturing environment within a familiar setting for my students to connect their body, mind, and spirit. I offer a great level of sensitivity towards my students encouraging and providing informative instruction with a sense of lightheartedness and care.

Inclusive yoga means accessible Yoga for everyBODY. My Yoga sessions facilitate and guide you towards self-awareness and self-reflection, through the integration of mind, body and breath. I am able to guide everyBODY, regardless of ability and mobility, age, gender or orientation through creative Yoga shapes to help you to listen to your body through the practice of Yoga – bringing yourself home.

Mindful Meditation

Learn to Meditate with various techniques and body scans, to bring you into calmness and the present moment. My clear teachings and varied structured activities will help you to feel and understand how to establish and continue a Mindfulness Meditation practice.

Our Meditation classes together will offer you time, ways and methods to really engage with the material, not just intellectually, but experientially.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga that is practiced on a chair or standing using a chair for support. As a student in my Chair Yoga Class, you will learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. Each pose or asana is created from typical mat Yoga shapes and modified. It simply means you are participating in yoga just supported with the use of a chair/s.

Chair Yoga is ideal for students who have difficulties kneeling, or getting onto/off the floor.
